Tom Waldoch

The foundation of my career in real estate was laid early as I accompanied my parents on what seemed to be endless searches for the perfect investment property. My parents’ habit of openly discussing all aspects of the process with me despite my young age sowed the seeds which would later sprout into the beginnings of a second career later in life.

After graduating from college with a BS in Biology, I spent some time as a sales representative for a veterinary pharmaceutical distributor before moving into “the fast-paced world of data processing” as a software developer. I have continued in that field for more years than I care to admit and am finally at the point of being able to turn my attention back to real estate. Throughout my career since college, I have been attracted to positions that allow me to focus on serving others and assist them in meeting their goals. Whether the goals were those of veterinarians trying to meet the needs of their patients more effectively or those of an application development manager working to minimize downtime, the focus has always been the same: help others.

Since moving to Venice from the Chicago area in 2013, my wife Colleen and I have been thrilled by our decision to become Floridians and we are excited to be able to help others achieve that dream as well.
