As the son of a career military father, Jeff grew up in the Nashville Tennessee area. Jeff is married to Joyce Jones and has two daughters, Ginger and Laura. Jeff and his family have recently relocated to the Tampa/Sarasota area after residing in Colorado Springs for over 25 years. Jeff and his family have been active members of their local church and supporters of other parachurch non-profit groups since 1993. As a business development and sales professional, Jeff has had many successful achievements in both national and international markets. Jeff has been involved in numerous tech start-up companies in the San Jose Silicon Valley including a key leadership role for a successful IPO. Jeff has been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and has ranked among the top in the real estate community and has closed over 500 sides during his career.  He is associated with the highly successful HomeSmart Realty Group, which earned a Top 10 ranking on the 2023 RealTrends 500 list, marking another consecutive year of recognition on this prestigious list.
